Shipping

It is our goal to offer same-day processing on orders received by 2:00 PM Central Time on any given business day; such orders will be mailed the next business day. We ship all orders within the continental United States via UPS, FedEx, USPS or Spee Dee Delivery. Estimated shipping time can range from 2 to 14 days, depending on where you live, when you place your order (day or season), and the type of delivery service. We cannot be responsible for delivery transit time. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be added to order total at the time of checkout.

Note to International Customers: At this time, due to the ever-increasing costs of shipping internationally and the weight of Jeep parts, we have suspended taking orders from international customers.  We didn't want to do this, but between customs charges for customers as well as the up-front costs associated with crossing borders, it's just become too costly to continue the practice.

We hope that in the future we can once again take orders from our international customers and fans.  We thank you for your understanding.

Stock Status

We use shipping statuses to reflect the current stock status of items in our physical warehouse.  Obviously, given square footage and the sheer amount of products we carry, not all of our products are stored in our warehouse.  Many are shipped directly from the manufacturer to you via drop ship.  However, there are some manufacturers who do not and will not drop ship directly to customers.

Here's an explanation of our stock statuses and how they're used on this website:

If we show stock: Typically we can have your order shipped out the same to 2-3 business days pending on what warehouse it will ship out of from. Occasionally this can be longer depending on the brand. If you need a product asap please feel free to contact us at [email protected] and we can give you a definite time when your order can ship out.

Email for Availability:  This means one of two things. Either this we currently have no stock on it but we can get it soon and possibly have it shipped out to you in 1-2 weeks. Or this product is on backorder. Either way we recommend you contacting us at [email protected] and we can give you more of an exact wait time you can expect. From there if you wish to still order we can keep your order until it is ready.
